Danielle Melling - Deputy Development Director & Head of Development Operations

Danielle Melling (née Bradshaw) joined Clare in 2018 with an extensive knowledge of Collegiate Cambridge, having previously worked at Darwin, St Catharine’s and Selwyn. She collaborates with the Development Director to oversee the work of the Alumni and Development team and to develop relationships with College donors and volunteers. Danielle guides the Development Associates, leading initiatives to ensure they benefit from knowledge/best practice within the Collegiate University environment. These responsibilities ensure the College’s fundraising aims are met and engagement with volunteers is continually improved.
